While working for Framestore in 2016, The VR team was approached with creating an interactive real- time holographic bat character for Bacardi's 2016 #WeAreTheNight Halloween party. Kenzo Digital was briefed with creating a "Digital Haunted House," the highlight of it was the digital hologram bat using peppers ghost technology. The user would see the bat appear and then they could take over and puppet and become the bat. Framestore had two months and put together a team of three to create this element. To create this experience the character was rendered in Unreal Engine 4.15 Onto a Ventanna Holographic screen, users are able to control the puppet using a Microsoft Kinnect.
